Project Details

Future Energy Networks delivered the new low-voltage electricity infrastructure for a 35-apartment residential development in Salford.

Our works included the installation of the main switch distribution board (MSDB), low-smoke cabling to the individual apartment cut-outs and five EV charging points. We also completed approximately 300 metres of off-site civils, along with the required jointing works and traffic management.

Our civils, jointing and electrical teams worked closely together to ensure the new supply was delivered safely and in line with the wider construction programme. The complete electricity infrastructure was successfully delivered within 12 weeks from placement of order.
